Key Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Onboarding new customers while validating and identifying customers' needs, key project timelines, potential challenges, and risk factors. Understanding, advocating, and documenting the customer’s use case, architecture, and roadmap to ensure successful adoption of blithequark products. Driving the adoption and implementation of blithequark product features by leading hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions. Working with customers to explore new use-cases and expand blithequark’s API platform usage, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Documenting the path to ROI through Joint Success Plan and playback business value, ensuring that customers realize the full potential of blithequark products. Building active and meaningful relationships with customers, emerging as their trusted technical advisor and partner, and being involved in customers’ renewal and expansion. Effectively managing the tracking and resolution of customer escalations on behalf of the product and services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues. Managing customer accounts with blithequark’s customer maturity model framework, ensuring that customers are progressing towards their goals and objectives. Periodically reviewing blithequark implementation and walking through best practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing customer outcomes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-5 years of experience working in a technical, customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Professional Services. Knowledge of developer concepts, such as DevOps, full-stack application development, and microservices on cloud computing, with a strong understanding of API management platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to concisely articulate complex technical issues and solutions, with strong storytelling abilities to articulate business value realized through blithequark products. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders. A strong desire to tackle hard technical problems and a proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer success. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience administering or interacting with an API management platform, with a deep understanding of the technical and business benefits of API-first strategies. Prior experience working for a technology startup, with a strong understanding of the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the industry. Experience managing multiple projects at a time, with a focus on attention to detail and delivering results across multiple initiatives, such as driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
