About the Role: Customer Success Manager We are seeking a proactive and analytical Customer Success Manager to support our fast-growing customer base, particularly developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will help them get the most out of blithequark's platform, optimize their user acquisition performance, and solve complex technical and marketing challenges. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. You will provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using blithequark's platform, helping them understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance. You will also conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin, and escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using blithequark's platform, helping them understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance. Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin to ensure customers get the most out of blithequark's platform. Escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime. Collect product feedback and communicate it back to internal teams to inform product development and improvement. Support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships and identification of growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials and content for Chinese-speaking users, helping to drive adoption and engagement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for customer success, retention, and growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in analytics, marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in mobile UA, game publishing, client success, ad tech, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. Native-level Mandarin and fluent English, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset and comfort with dashboards, data, and performance metrics, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers and priorities at once, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a publishing manager or user acquisition manager for mobile games or apps, with a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and user acquisition strategies. Familiarity with MMPs, ad networks, or UA platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Unity, etc.), with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of mobile marketing. Prior experience supporting global advertising campaigns or mobile apps, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and engagement. Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Comfortable explaining how SDKs, APIs, and attribution work to non-technical customers, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
