As a German Speaking Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and service. About the Role blithequark, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated German Speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, providing accurate and complete information, and identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. You will be working remotely or in a hybrid model in Greece, reporting to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions Meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and issues Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with products, services, and processes Requirements A C1/C2 level in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and teams Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of the bike industry or a similar field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
