You'll be responsible for providing holistic support and consulting services to our customers, focusing on service quality, product experience, and customer growth. Your expertise will be essential in driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring customer needs into the product development process. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage up to 40 customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, building long-term relationships based on trust and value. * Help new customers get started quickly and support them in fully leveraging the platform's potential in the long term. * Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and actively contribute to realizing upselling opportunities. * Act as the voice of your customers by bringing their needs into the product development process and collaborating closely with internal teams. * Challenge the status quo and continually seek opportunities to enhance Customer Success processes and beyond. **Your Profile** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have already proven in a similar role that you can work independently, data-driven, reliably, and in a structured manner. Your profile should include: * 2+ years of experience in (strategy/process) consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles – ideally in a B2B software environment or manufacturing industry. * Strong business acumen to understand customer motivations and business drivers, promoting product adoption, identifying upselling opportunities, and preventing churn. * Passion for customer interaction, goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness. * Experience in designing and conducting workshops and training sessions. * Technical affinity, analytical thinking, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations while diving into details to solve problems creatively. * Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both written and spoken. * Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and foster development through mutual feedback. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment that allows you to thrive.
