Key Responsibilities The Customer Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes by fostering strong relationships with our customers, managing the forecasting process, and overseeing logistics execution. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with blithequark's goals and objectives. Leading the forecasting process to ensure accuracy and reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and minimize risks. Overseeing logistics execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to meet customer demands and expectations. Analyzing supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilizing Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting tools to inform decision-making and drive results. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain or Logistics leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chains and leading cross-functional teams. Experience with supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics execution. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficient use of Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting tools, with experience in utilizing data to drive business outcomes. APICS Certification, Black or Green Belt, or Lean Sigma Certification, demonstrating expertise in supply chain management and process improvement. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, with experience in utilizing technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. A sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
