You will work closely with our Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to develop and execute customized onboarding plans that meet the unique needs of each customer. **Key Responsibilities** * Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences, from sales handoff to value realization. * Guide growth by creating plans that outline customer goals and activities needed to meet those goals, with regular reviews to track progress and adapt plans as necessary. * Build champions by cultivating customer knowledge and expertise, and advocating for their needs within blithequark. * Mitigate risks by identifying potential success risks and developing decisive action plans to mitigate them. * Measure and document progress by tracking customer value realization over time, and documenting customer case studies and success metrics. **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services, preferably with exposure to financial audit or risk advisory. * Deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing assurance and audit practitioners. * Proven experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, with a strong track record of driving business value for customers. * Project management proficiency, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight. * Executive presence and ability to influence change, with a demonstrated history of communicating effectively with customers and across internal teams. * Bias towards action, with a strong ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and see them through to completion with minimal direction or oversight. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with high-growth startups or top management consulting firms. * Strong consulting skills, with a proven ability to help complex organizations succeed. * Familiarity with our platform and its capabilities, with a strong understanding of how it can help customers achieve their goals. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation packages with meaningful ownership. * Unlimited PTO. * 401k. * Wellness benefits, including a bundle of free therapy sessions. * Technology and work-from-home reimbursement. * Flexible work schedules. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
