Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Chat/Email Support Executive to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our clients via email and live chat platforms. Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Chat/Email Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring that all interactions are resolved efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and resources, escalating unresolved issues to relevant departments while maintaining ownership until resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing exceptional customer service and support. Document customer interactions, feedback, and problem resolutions accurately, using our customer service software and ticketing systems. Follow communication guidelines and best practices in all interactions, ensuring that our brand values and standards are consistently met. Manage multiple chats and emails efficiently during assigned shifts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong written communication skills in English (spelling, grammar, tone), with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to handle multiple conversations at once with composure and efficiency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Proficiency in using computers, email platforms, and chat tools, with a basic understanding of customer service software and ticketing systems. A customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues. A typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute with accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. Experience While experience in a customer service, chat support, or email support role is preferred, we also encourage freshers with excellent English and a willingness to learn to apply. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role is ideal, but we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service. Working Hours As a Part-Time Chat/Email Support Executive, you will work a flexible schedule of 4-6 hours per day, with a preference for evening or weekend availability. You will work remotely from home, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To succeed in this role, you will need: Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines, with the ability to manage your own time and prioritize tasks effectively. The ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information, with a high level of discretion and professionalism. A basic technical understanding of internet browsers, apps, and common troubleshooting steps, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
