Job Overview As a Senior Agency Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our enterprise agency customers. You will take ownership of a book of business from the first week, providing consultative advice, scoping and driving successful product adoption, and growing agency engagement. With a front-row seat to the fast-paced online marketing industry, you will have the opportunity to learn quickly about growing and nurturing your own book of business and supporting agency team members to drive results for their clients with the blithequark platform. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for agency activation partners to deliver an exceptional experience, ensure they get the most value out of their social advertising, and foster long-term collaborative relationships Be a specialist in the blithequark platform and digital advertising in general, continuously solving problems for agencies and providing best practices and consultative advice Closely partner with Agency Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive agency development strategy to drive awareness and adoption Collaborate effectively across functions, including Agency Sales, Agency Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering, driving alignment on how functions and resources will fuel growth initiatives Partner closely with Onboarding teams on training procedures and developing agency teams on how to effectively use the blithequark platform Build and deliver programs to educate agency teams on blithequark solutions Build and foster strong relationships with agencies as well as partners like Meta, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Be the voice of agencies to inform our product roadmap Help blithequark build a world-class Agency Customer Success organization, contributing to building a library of knowledge that differentiates us from competitors and helps win and grow agency businesses, optimizing existing processes within the company and actively enhancing all Customer Success initiatives Essential Qualifications Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function Have advanced knowledge of social advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok) Are highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals Have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration Are able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights Have self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit Have strong spoken and written communication skills Have the ability to hybrid work in the blithequark office (3 days a week) Are able and willing to travel for quarterly business reviews, conferences, and industry events as required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise agencies and managing large-scale customer relationships Knowledge of the blithequark platform and its applications in digital advertising Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to inform product development and customer success strategies Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders Advanced knowledge of digital advertising, including social media platforms and ad technologies Ability to analyze data and inform product development and customer success strategies Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
