About the Role In this role, you will be the primary interface between our sales and support teams, ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly and our customers have an exceptional support experience. As a part-time sales enablement and customer success student, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including live chat and first-level support, contract and payment management, and onboarding and system setup for new customers. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the best possible support. Key Responsibilities Live chat and first-level support: Respond to customer inquiries, assess and categorize requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution. Contract and payment management: Manage contract and payment processes, create and manage subscriptions, and ensure seamless billing processes for our customers. Onboarding and system setup: Assist with onboarding new customers, set up systems, and ensure a smooth transition to our platform. Collaboration with customer success team: Work closely with our customer success team to continuously improve the onboarding process and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, marketing, economics, psychology, or a related field. Practical experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and good English language skills. Basic knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems is an advantage, but not necessary. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
