About the Role Our Strategic Customer Success Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term success of blithequark's largest fleet customers. Key Responsibilities Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using blithequark's IoT platform. Develop joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines, and effectively address any barriers to achieving business value. Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers' decision-makers and blithequark's executive leadership to reflect on past successes and align on future goals. Conduct workshops with customers to understand their current operations and recommend workflow changes to maximize the benefits of blithequark's products. Deeply understand blithequark's platform capabilities and explain them to businesses across various sectors, including field services, utilities, transportation, and manufacturing. Partner with cross-functional teams like Product, Support, and Finance to drive progress on customer requests and ensure a cohesive approach to customer success. Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success teams, sharing your expertise and contributing to the growth and development of your colleagues. Champion and embed blithequark's cultural principles, including a focus on customer success, long-term building, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork, as we scale globally and across new offices. Minimum Requirements 6+ years of work experience, with recent experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role. Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges. High emotional intelligence and strong priority management skills, essential for navigating the demands of this role and maintaining high internal visibility. Experience supporting or working with technical products, with the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex concepts. Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving change and building trust with a wide variety of stakeholders. Proven track record of effective communication, diplomacy, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues. Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution, with a strong educational foundation to support your professional growth. Willingness to travel up to 25-40% for customer meetings and other business requirements.
