Position Description We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients, ensuring that all interactions are handled with precision and care. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and colleagues. Demonstrate product knowledge and adapt to new products and services as they are introduced, ensuring that you remain up-to-date and informed. Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Great verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, clients, and colleagues. Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software applications. Can demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete, showcasing your ability to learn and retain information. Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including: Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher RAM: 8GB or more Webcam and high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10. Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently. Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST), demonstrating your commitment to learning and development. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional support. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
