Job Description As a Customer Happiness Intern at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion rates. You will be an integral part of a tight-knit team of 8 individuals who are dedicated to ensuring that our users have an outstanding experience on our platform. Your responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch support to blithequark users, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Reviewing projects submitted on our platform to ensure that they meet our high standards and providing constructive feedback to users. Designing and building customer funnels, including emails and in-app messages, to reactivate users and introduce them to blithequark's features. Maintaining and updating our FAQ section based on user feedback and questions to ensure that it remains relevant and helpful. Suggesting product features based on user feedback to drive innovation and improvement. Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS), currently at an impressive 86%, by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements To succeed as a Customer Happiness Intern at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities: An analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of initiative and responsibility. Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly, with perfect grammar and spelling. Native-level English language skills, with fluency in French, Spanish, or German being a bonus. Availability to work full-time for 6 months, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving user satisfaction. Previous customer support experience is welcomed, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
