We're looking for a temporary Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our users. As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our users, and ensuring they have an amazing customer experience. What Will You Do at blithequark? Answer questions over phone, text, and email, acting as a first line of support to our users, providing exceptional customer service in every interaction. Become a product expert, understanding deeply everything from blithequark's signup process, our wage advance (EWA), and repayment products. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a crash course in fintech and learn all things EWA. Learn the ins and outs of earned wage advance support, expanding your knowledge of the on-demand pay space and becoming a subject matter expert. Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to our product and tech teams, helping us to continuously improve and enhance our user experience. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and challenges, using this knowledge to inform our support strategies and improve our overall customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support in a tech environment. 1+ years of experience using Freshdesk or Zendesk, or similar customer support software. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in explaining tough concepts to customers, with the ability to break down complex information into simple, easy-to-understand language. An aptitude for numbers and math, with the ability to understand and explain financial concepts to our users. A desire to gain a deep understanding of hourly workers and the financial challenges they face, with a commitment to helping blithequark succeed in serving them. An excitement about joining an early startup in the fintech space and about learning all things EWA, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and grow.
