About the Role In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to work with our customers every day, utilizing your product knowledge and support experience to create memorable customer experiences that not only resolve issues but also advocate for our brand. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be reporting to a Customer Support Team Lead and will be required to possess both spoken and written fluency in English and Italian. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support through live chat and email, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need to succeed with our products. Key Responsibilities Respond to customers' queries concurrently in live chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues. Utilize your product knowledge to guide customers through the process of getting started with our platform, including website setup, adding site content, and exploring design options. Work independently to meet targets across Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction in both email and live chat, consistently striving for excellence in your performance. Stay up-to-date with new product features and improvements related to the blithequark platform, applying this knowledge to provide informed support and enhance the customer experience. Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize potential impact on our customers. Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer satisfaction. Who We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical expertise, language skills, and customer-centric approach. We are looking for individuals with: 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role, such as retail, hospitality, or online support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Spoken and written fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Expertise in written communication, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors. Proficiency in decoding conversations, identifying the root cause of issues, and aligning on end goals to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Capability to prioritize competing requests, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the blithequark platform, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to our products and services.
