About the Role We truly care about our blithequark users and want them to have the best experience while accessing their sensitive information online. Our Customer Success team helps people as quickly as possible through our email support system, with the majority of inquiries being resolved the same day received. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will become a blithequark product expert and handle common questions about using our products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with experience troubleshooting web and mobile technologies. Key Responsibilities Function as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for blithequark and our suite of services, providing expert knowledge and guidance to users and customers. Expand skills in all blithequark applications and services to guide, train, and clearly describe the features and functionality to users and/or customers. Work with customers to solve issues and/or look ahead to identify solutions to situations they may face in the future, providing proactive and personalized support. Provide superb customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Assist with billing and account management, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experience. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product associates to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams. Essential Qualifications A passion for helping blithequark users, with a strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others. Excellent spoken and written English, with stellar grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complicated things simply. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to find and communicate solutions to complex technical issues. Experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Systems Administrator, Quality Assurance Technician, Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, etc.), or equivalent education or demonstrable skills. The ability and desire to work remotely, with a strong self-motivation and discipline to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with several of the following areas/technologies: Windows, macOS, and Linux, iOS & Android, Command-line interface (CLI), Docker, GitHub, Freshdesk, HTML, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, PKI. Previous experience with customer success or technical support, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer experience. Strong understanding of security and open-source software, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
