About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and storytelling. You will own a slice of the customer lifecycle, from activation to adoption to upgrade, and build connected, measurable programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Leading lifecycle campaigns that encourage customers to activate, adopt new features, and upgrade their plans Owning messaging strategy and campaign execution for key expansion touchpoints, such as onboarding, upgrade, and upsell journeys Collaborating with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Product teams to identify high-value behaviors and build programs that reinforce them Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns based on revenue impact, not just engagement metrics Thinking like a business owner and understanding the connection between lifecycle engagement and revenue, including expansion, retention, and activation Uncovering and Telling Customer Success Stories We believe that our customers' stories are the key to unlocking our own success, and we are looking for a marketer who can help us uncover and tell these stories in a compelling and scalable way. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying standout customers, conducting interviews, and building a scalable library of stories, testimonials, and case studies Using these stories to fuel lifecycle campaigns, highlight what's possible with blithequark, and reinforce upgrade moments Partnering with Customer Success and Product Marketing to ensure stories align with personas, plan types, and business goals Delivering Success Enablement We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we believe that success enablement is a critical component of this. Your responsibilities will include: Packaging how-to content and product education into lifecycle-ready formats, such as emails, in-app messages, and webinar follow-ups Ensuring users understand how and when to use key features, especially those that drive stickiness and plan upgrades Collaborating with Product Marketing, Support, and Content to fill knowledge gaps across the customer journey Collaborating to Scale What Works We are a collaborative and cross-functional team, and we are looking for a marketer who can work effectively with others to scale what works. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the content and creative teams to identify content gaps across the customer journey and partner on the creation of net-new pieces Actively re-purposing existing content, such as webinars, guides, and blog posts, into high-impact lifecycle touchpoints Working closely with Marketing Ops and BI to improve segmentation, targeting, and measurement Partnering with Customer Success and Sales to align marketing automation with customer workflows and expansion strategies Using feedback and behavioral data to proactively flag and fill journey gaps with smart, scalable programs What We're Looking For We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have: 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success with a focus on driving revenue Experience with B2B SaaS customer journeys, especially in product-led or self-serve models Proven ability to design and scale programs that lead to measurable growth in product adoption, retention, and expansion Confident storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews and build compelling stories Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives forward Experience contributing to and launching email campaigns as part of broader lifecycle programs Analytical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to prioritize, optimize, and prove impact Experience with marketing automation and customer data tools, such as HubSpot, Intercom, Pendo, and Segment Comfort working with customer data and using it to personalize outreach or identify key moments in the journey Bonus Points For We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and storytelling.
