About the Role As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region. You will work with an established client base, responsible for growing revenue through these accounts using our industry-leading solutions. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our Cork, Ireland office or remotely, depending on your location. German-speaking customers, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional support and guidance Provide strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level, with support on forming relationships with C-level contacts Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth Collaborate with clients to establish business and technical goals, identifying potential opportunities via technical and Quarterly Business Reviews Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts, building relationships, presenting blithequark solutions, troubleshooting challenges, and managing issues with the broader blithequark team Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password-related breaches, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and customer success Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned blithequark customers, delivering consistent value across the entire lifecycle Consistently demonstrate knowledge of Customer Success best practices, staying up-to-date on trends in the industry, and operating as a Customer Success and Cyber Security advisor to your customers Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts, ensuring seamless and efficient processes Resolve customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other blithequark teams, approaching all situations with curiosity and creativity Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication, conducting quarterly business reviews to ensure clients are up-to-speed on their areas of vulnerability and new product features Become a blithequark product expert for your customers, occasionally assisting on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a CSM blithequark expert Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies, showcasing the value of blithequark's solutions and services Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk, reliably renewing and expanding customer contracts, meeting and exceeding personal and team quotas Participate in the evolution of blithequark's own Customer Success programs and processes, insisting on excellence in our own Customer Success initiatives Act as a subject matter expert on all blithequark products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates, and new products Contribute towards the development of a strong team environment by commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction Essential Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles, with a proven track record of success Must be fluent, both verbal and written, in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Motivated by solving problems for customers, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and think creatively Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, IT, and Cyber Security Executives, with a strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape Advanced technical knowledge of software integrations, implementation, onboarding, and support, with experience
