About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York, working in a hybrid full-time capacity. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring they receive outstanding service, achieve their objectives, and experience growth with blithequark. Key Responsibilities Own and nurture client relationships post-onboarding, serving as the primary strategic point of contact in collaboration with a Customer Experience Manager. Drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring customers derive measurable value from our Employer of Record (EOR) solutions and other services. Consult on workforce expansion strategies, guiding clients through compliance, payroll, and HR best practices in various countries to facilitate their global growth. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with clients' evolving needs and goals. Monitor account health and address potential risks before they become issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Act as the voice of the customer by sharing actionable client insights to sharpen strategy and enhance internal processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's services. Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, payroll, compliance, HR Operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive client experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system (such as Notion or Salesforce) and provide timely updates on account status to relevant stakeholders. Lead regular business reviews with clients to align objectives, share performance insights, and discuss future growth strategies. Who You Are A seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Service within HR Tech, Fintech, SaaS, or global employment solutions. A solid understanding of EOR services, payroll, compliance, and HR processes, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong educational foundation in a relevant field such as business, finance, or international relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, negotiate, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and growth targets, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue expansion. Ability to problem-solve complex, multi-stakeholder situations, thinking critically and creatively to find solutions that meet clients' needs and align with blithequark's goals. Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
