About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and ambitious Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our finance team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our financial data. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and maintaining financial data in our systems, verifying and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and assisting in processing invoices, payments, and financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial data in our systems, ensuring compliance with company procedures and guidelines Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial reports, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and up-to-date Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines, adhering to established protocols and standards Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, providing excellent customer service and support to colleagues and stakeholders Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of finance, accounting, or data entry principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior experience in data entry or finance-related work is desirable but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and expertise.
