About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team, who will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients in Mexico. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients, consulting and managing the execution and integration of custom content strategies that drive growth for organizations. This is a cross-functional role that requires the ability to successfully collaborate with many different teams and colleagues, including sales, production, and client experience directors. Key Responsibilities Serve as clients' primary point of contact, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs Coordinate the set up of prospect accounts for platform sales demos, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules, ensuring timely and effective project management Schedule and lead weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins, providing regular updates and insights Work with the production teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are created on time and on brief, providing clear and meaningful feedback Build exceptional product knowledge and a deep understanding of our production processes, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Collaborate with blithequark's sales and client experience directors to sell the next strategy to our existing clients, as well as drive upsells of additional platform users Ensure that content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively, providing timely and effective solutions Create and set up Lookerstudio (previously Datastudio) reports for clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations Provide clients with consultative advice on best practices and best practices with platform project structures, and the processes being reflected in platform projects Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong focus on marketing, communications, or a related field Excellent English composition skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Knowledge of the evolving digital marketing landscape, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments Technical knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Knowledge of project management tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in Mexico Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues The ability to multitask, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Good people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail, with a strong ability to provide clear and meaningful feedback The ability to provide consultative advice and guidance to clients, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends Time Breakout The following is an approximate breakdown of the time required for each aspect of the role: 30 percent client-facing communication, including regular check-ins and updates 30 percent internal project management, including coordination with production teams and client experience directors 30 percent platform support and demo, including onboarding and training new users 10 percent miscellaneous tasks, including data analysis and reporting, and ongoing professional development Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
