Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our buyers and sellers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and managing disputes in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and understanding. Mediate between buyers and sellers to resolve disputes, finding solutions that work for both parties and ensuring a positive outcome. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and experts, to improve the overall customer experience and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications Professional speaking and writing skills in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think creatively. Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels, including phone, email, and chat. Ability to positively interact with your team and other departments, building strong relationships and collaborating effectively. Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work at least 2 weekends a month and some public holidays. Willingness to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a similar industry or marketplace, with knowledge of unique items and collectibles. Strong technical skills, with experience using customer service software and tools. Ability to speak additional languages, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
