We are now seeking an experienced FBS Product Owner to join our team in México, to help drive customer retention and growth through strategic product ownership and leadership. Job Overview As an FBS Product Owner at blithequark, you will play a critical role in defining the product roadmap for customer retention, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and execute on the product vision. You will be responsible for stakeholder management and communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the product strategy. Your expertise in customer experience and retention will be essential in analyzing and enhancing customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the product roadmap for customer retention, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and drives business growth Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and insights on product progress and performance Analyze and enhance customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and retention Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product strategy Develop business cases to support product investments, ensuring that initiatives are funded and aligned with business objectives Apply Agile methodologies and tools to facilitate collaboration, continuous improvement, and flexibility in response to emerging business needs Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluent English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in product ownership, customer experience, or a related field Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to facilitate and manage the development of strategic goals, success measures, tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets Excellent stakeholder analysis and alignment skills, with the ability to identify stakeholders, issues, and impacts, and develop effective communication plans Ability to manage complexity, making sense of complex information to solve problems and drive business outcomes Strong business case development skills, with the ability to critically examine cost/benefit analysis and ensure solution alignment with strategic objectives Experience with project research and development, gathering and refining understandings of customer and stakeholder needs into a holistic vision and roadmap Strong requirements elicitation, specification, validation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive features and stories with clear acceptance criteria Agile methodology and tool expertise, with the ability to apply theoretical and real-world knowledge of Agile values, principles, and methodology Technical acumen, with the ability to use various tools and understand the capabilities of different systems and applications Prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize work items to support business needs and proactively facilitate tradeoff communications Other Critical Skills In addition to the above requirements, you will need to possess the following skills: Intermediate written and verbal communication skills Intermediate stakeholder management skills Entry-level product knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in the insurance and financial services industry Intermediate Office Suite skills, with 4-6 years of experience Intermediate Excel skills, with 4-6 years of experience Intermediate Agile tool skills, with 4-6 years of experience Entry-level Power BI skills, with 1-3 years of experience Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Career development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we are committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
