As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers via telephone, addressing routine inquiries and concerns regarding our banking products and financial services. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and branches with technical assistance for all blithequark-related business products, including Online Banking, IVR, ITM, and other services. Electronically retrieve information regarding customer accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance with blithequark, regulatory, and legal requirements. Effectively address customer concerns and difficult problems, working towards resolution and referring to supervisors or managers as needed. Promote and educate customers on blithequark products that can enhance their banking experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. Navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, analyzing problems quickly and defining solutions for customers. Perform various duties, including account inquiries, funds transfers, online banking password resets, and other tasks as assigned based on knowledge and skill level. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least one year of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED. Strong telephone, reading comprehension, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with professionalism and care. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions independently. A can-do attitude, with a focus on finding positive solutions to customer and department situations. Knowledge of various banking and cash management products and systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced phone environment and multitask while taking phone calls, chat sessions, emails, and other tasks. Typing ability and proficiency in applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment. Knowledge of blithequark products and services. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
