The Role of a Customer Relationship Advocate As a CRA, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to blithequark's valued clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Our CRAs are licensed professionals who possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry and are committed to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. What to Expect as a New CRA As a new CRA, you can expect to embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Your journey will be divided into three major milestones: Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative) by studying for and obtaining your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by blithequark. You will have access to paid study time, licensing coaches, and workshops to support you throughout this process. Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. You will continue to develop your skills and knowledge, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.
