Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through order taking, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with in-store duties, including preparing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Learn the pizza delivery business and develop a deep understanding of our products and services Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a fair and courteous manner Follow all blithequark policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age and have excellent communication skills. Some computer experience is helpful, and you must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. You should be friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask with ease. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be required to push and pull trays, climb stairs, and stoop or bend to perform certain tasks. Physical Requirements Breakdown Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas Walking: For short distances for short durations, including traveling between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck, with cases weighing up to 50 pounds and dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5' Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves, and pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store Pushing: To move trays which are placed on dollies, with a stack of trays on a dolly approximately 24" - 30" and requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly base pay of $16.00, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
