Job Overview The Commercial Customer Care Lead will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving process improvements, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for managing the order entry process, coordinating with shipping and receiving, handling customer returns, reviewing contracts, and identifying areas for process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the order entry process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of customer orders Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to coordinate customer orders, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction Support customer return coordination, handling returns, and processing refunds or replacements as needed Review contracts, identify gaps, and drive process improvements to enhance the customer care experience Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams Travel to the field in California on a quarterly basis to meet with customers, gather feedback, and stay informed about industry trends and developments Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
