Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, providing personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products and services. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and driving growth. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance), ensuring you can provide exceptional customer service during peak periods. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrating your ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer service experience, ensuring you can provide exceptional support and resolve customer issues effectively.
