You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly with blithequark’s alternative payment methods (APMs) and new product offerings, and help customers expand their use of our products, enabling their business growth and driving revenue for blithequark while positioning us as a trusted partner in their success. **Your Opportunity** As a Junior Customer Success Manager - DACH, you will be part of a high-impact team driving blithequark’s growth in key customer segments. Our fast-paced, dynamic working environment offers clear paths for professional development, and your contributions will directly impact blithequark’s success and our customers' growth. **Your Responsibilities** As a Junior Customer Success Manager - DACH, your key responsibilities will include: * Driving proactive engagement with mid-market customers to introduce and upsell new products like Klarna, Billie, Credit Card, Mollie Capital, Mollie Terminal, and business accounts. * Building strong relationships with customers, positioning blithequark as a partner in their business growth. * Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding each customer’s unique needs and introducing relevant solutions. * Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to align on customer growth strategies and ensure seamless handovers. * Utilizing CRM insights to create personalized recommendations for customer growth and increased product adoption. * Setting and achieving ambitious growth targets by expanding the range of blithequark products and services each customer utilizes. **What We’re Looking For** We are looking for a growth-oriented professional with a proactive mindset who excels at identifying and presenting opportunities that align with both customer and company goals.
