About the Role We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team, specifically in the Tech vertical. This person will closely collaborate with a Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing blithequark platform. The ideal candidate will be based out of Los Angeles or San Francisco and will have a strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client's marketing goals, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term partnerships Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients, to drive year-over-year blithequark revenue growth Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners, and ensuring seamless campaign execution Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary, to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating blithequark’s value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform, to drive adoption and revenue growth Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans that meet client needs and drive business results Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard Dive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations, and drive continuous improvement and optimization Proactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that client feedback and concerns are heard and addressed, and that blithequark’s products and services meet client needs Shape blithequark’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders, to drive innovation and growth Essential Qualifications 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, with expertise in performance/direct response campaigns and digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, with the ability to think critically and creatively to drive business results Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges, with a strong ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, with high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Excel preferred, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, and drive business insights and recommendations BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and advertising Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to drive business insights and recommendations from complex data sets Strong understanding of blithequark’s products and services, with the ability to communicate the value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business results and growth Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with the opportunities and resources they need to grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $135,100 - $189,200 USD, as well as equity in the form of restricted stock units, and a commission structure that rewards high performance.
