About the Role We’re looking for a French speaking Customer Love Team Member with excellent communication skills who can bring smiles (and wagging tails) to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will join a team of fellow Benelux Customer Love Team members who are all dedicated to ensuring the customer experience for our dogs and their humans is top of the bill. This role is available full-time (39 hours) or part-time (minimum 32 hours), and you’ll work hybrid: at least 1 day per week (on Wednesdays) in our Amsterdam office and the rest from home. We're hoping to find someone who can join us in October 2025 and is available to work 4 or 5 days per week from Monday–Saturday, including occasional Saturdays (at least once per month). If you're open to working Saturdays more consistently to help reduce weekend backlog, that's a bonus! Key Responsibilities Be the friendly face & voice of blithequark for our customers in Belgium (specifically Wallonia) and the Netherlands Connect with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media Solve a wide range of questions and requests with care and efficiency Surprise our customers with thoughtful extras to make their experience unforgettable Gather feedback and share insights with the wider blithequark team to help us improve Support our culture of Customer Love and contribute to keeping our Trustpilot score at 4.8+ ⭐ About You Fluent in English and French (written & spoken) Strong preference if you’re also fluent in Dutch or Flemish Ability to work 32-39 hours a week Ability to work from our Amsterdam office a minimum of 1 day a week Based in the Netherlands, with a valid work permit Willing and excited to travel to other blithequark markets every 3-6 months to join social events and workshops Passion for solving problems and creating great customer experiences Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and organised in your work Open to feedback and eager to learn You love dogs! Essential and Preferred Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a similar role, that's a plus! We're also looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
