Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team, specifically focusing on the Tech vertical. As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will work closely with a Client Partner to execute and optimize campaigns, helping agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing blithequark platform. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising sales and account management landscape, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client success. Note: This role is required to be based out of Los Angeles or San Francisco. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Client Account Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals Proactively managing and deepening relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients, to drive year-over-year blithequark revenue growth Leading and executing campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners Acting as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary Educating brands and media agencies on blithequark's value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans Collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles Diving deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations Proactively seeking and representing client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders Shaping blithequark's native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management A strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns Comfort with problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment High attention to detail Proficiency in Excel preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with large customer sales teams Knowledge of the tech industry and its advertising landscape Familiarity with blithequark's platform and advertising products Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization tools Certifications in advertising or marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Collaboration and teamwork skills Adaptability and flexibility Strong analytical and data analysis skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
