Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our customer service strategy and drive innovation Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives Requirements Completed education or degree with a technical, commercial, or comparable focus, providing a solid foundation for a career in customer service and sales Relevant work experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international context, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth Excellent communication skills, with secure and written German (at least C1) and English, enabling you to effectively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a unique blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and interpersonal skills.
