About the Role As a Lead Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, leading shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. You will also gain valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis and maintaining our high standards for store appearance. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Operate the register, process transactions, and handle customer payments Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers Work with our food program and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Lead shifts and provide guidance and support to team members Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be punctual for scheduled shifts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
