About the Role As a Senior Provider Customer Success Manager – Acute & Payer at blithequark, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing value-added solutions and ensuring a deep knowledge of their business. You will possess acute domain knowledge as well as a strong understanding of how Provider Organizations, Hospital Systems, or Health plans operate, facilitating an optimal Customer Success Manager-customer partnership. Clinical delivery or applications experience is a bonus, and we encourage candidates with a strong passion for healthcare technology to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic partnerships with clients, serving as the main liaison and primary point of contact. Proactively pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer performance using comprehensive data analysis and strategic thinking. Cultivate collaboration among affiliated clients, facilitating the exchange of success stories and fostering customer-to-customer cooperation. Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, promoting the adoption of solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals, and delivering measurable value. Craft and deliver narratives on product utilization to illustrate ROI to clients, while also identifying avenues for further adoption and value realization. Qualifications & Skills To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings, or relevant industry exposure. Exposure to healthcare organizations and a strong understanding of their operations. Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Demonstrate excellent relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities, with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams. Exhibit strategic thinking accompanied by robust analytical skills and a keen sense of urgency in delivering solutions. Experience with CRM tools, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a bonus for experience with SaaS or EHR solutions. Travel Requirements This role requires approximately 30% travel, with a territory based in California and occasional travel to our headquarters in Toronto, Canada. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $111,000 - $120,000 (Exempt) + bonus + benefits, with individual compensation determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and/or work location.
