You will be the central point of contact between our customers and multiple departments within blithequark, ensuring seamless issue resolution and providing solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Daily customer support management, including answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely manner * Adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer support * Managing customer support tickets and delegating tasks as needed * Critical thinking skills for issue resolution and problem-solving * Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools * Managing the email inbox and responding to emails and requests in a prioritized manner * Developing and updating knowledge bases and playbooks * Tracking customer service metrics and analytics * Managing large quantities of incoming emails and providing weekly KPI dashboard updates for L10 meetings **Ideal Candidate Profile** We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
