As a key member of our C&PS team, you'll have the opportunity to learn our business and customers inside and out, acting as our first line of support and spearheading usage and engagement. **About the Role** We're seeking an Associate, Customer & Product Support to join our growing C&PS team at blithequark. This role combines technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of our users, across all segments and business units, to realize maximum value from our platform. As a key partner to our Product and Engineering teams, you'll contribute to identifying product opportunities and collaborating on feature requests to drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional customer support, troubleshooting complex issues, and escalating tickets to the right teams. **Who You Are** We're looking for a talented and motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in a client/product support role. You'll possess a customer-first mindset, enjoy working through complex problems, and have a strong ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms. You'll be a strong team player, with a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and software applications. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver a world-class customer experience through timely responses and effective resolution of queries and issues * Act as the first line of defense and advocate for all customers globally, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience * Guide customers through features and functionalities to maximize their experience and fully resolve their challenges or questions * Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions for queries sent through emails and live chats, leading support calls directly with customers as needed * Escalate tickets to appropriate teams when needed and retain a position as the customer's point person through regular updates and confirming resolution * Act as a key partner to Product and Engineering, collaborating on feature requests and identifying product opportunities * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and customers, staying up-to-date on new features and filling any gaps in your knowledge * Identify areas to improve content and contribute to creating and updating knowledge base articles, tutorials, and other support documentation based on your expertise **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a client/product support role * Strong customer-first mindset and ability to work through complex problems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms * Continuous improvement mindset and passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and software applications * Strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and ability to rigorously prioritize under pressure * Interest in AI, technology, and software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of market intelligence and search platforms * Familiarity with AI-based technologies and software applications * Experience working with diverse customer bases and technical knowledge required to succeed **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our C&PS team, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your personal growth and career at blithequark.
