With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're building a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who share our vision. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our patients, doctors, and insurers. Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers * Providing patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams when required * Striving to meet and exceed structured performance targets * Documenting all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures * Utilizing Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries * Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information * Developing a working knowledge of company-related security and privacy practices * Participating in continued education on product changes, new features, and product launches * Helping improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further develop the product, materials, and processes **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Bilingual Vietnamese required, with a strong command of the English language * High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred * Customer service or inbound call center experience required * Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus * A passion for providing top-notch patient care * Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally * Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software **Location and Hours** This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays (1/month) from 9am-5pm.
