Your responsibilities will include: * Processing member requests (tickets) with a focus on quality service, fully informing members about benefits, and providing the best ways to use them within the shortest time possible * Searching for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit members' needs most accurately * Interacting with members via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care, which may include making outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments, closing gaps in care * Partnering with your leadership team, practice administrative or clinical staff to determine the best strategies to support the practice and our members * Providing a WOW experience and care to HealthJoy's American customer base **Your Experience and Expected Skill Set** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level) * Exceptional communication skills (leverage effectively internal and external channels) * High level of Empathy (presented in daily customer and peer interactions) * Strong critical thinking skills (ask questions, gather relevant information, devise solutions) * Solid level of accountability (follow through on commitments, take responsibility, deliver work on time) * Ability to adapt to frequent change * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively * Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs * Experience in the Customer Support/Service field would be a plus **Role Details** * Working schedule: 5/2 – 15:30 to 24:00 * 20 paid vacation days per 12-month period, paid days for sick leaves **Our Rewards** At blithequark, we believe that work should be meaningful and rewarding.
