About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team and provide one-of-a-kind support to our customers throughout their entire journey. As a Customer Support Expert, you'll have the opportunity to build your product knowledge, develop effective tools to resolve customer issues, and become an advocate for the blithequark brand. Through calls, email, and text conversations, you'll deliver personalized support and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. This role can be based anywhere in Canada, and you'll report to the Customer Support Manager. Please note that the hours for this role are Tuesday-Saturday 11AM-7:30pm EST. We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about customer support, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class, personalized support to meet our high standards for customer satisfaction, working with customers to understand their goals and address their challenges through effective ticket responses Master your understanding of the blithequark product by answering support tickets primarily via phone and text, and develop effective tools to resolve customer issues Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve team and company goals, such as customer acquisition and retention, and engage with the team to identify areas of opportunity to improve resources, including macros and help center content Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role, with a preference for SaaS experience Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles and personalities A strong team player, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment, and is able to work effectively in a remote team setting Preferred Qualifications Experience working with small business owners or entrepreneurs, and a understanding of their unique challenges and needs Knowledge of business management tools, including booking and scheduling, marketing, analytics, and payment processing Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly A certification in customer support or a related field, such as customer experience or technical support Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
