Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development. Customer service experience, preferably in a call center, insurance, or banking environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multitask using technology in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up) and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers in a fast-paced environment. Prior remote work experience, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
