Your key responsibilities will include: * Owning the customer journey from the start of the paid pilot through onboarding, expansion, and renewal * Acting as a strategic bridge between the design team and customers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment for successful technical system implementation * Developing tailored playbooks for each customer, outlining success metrics, key goals, and actionable plans to drive long-term adoption and impact * Driving adoption through both top-down and bottom-up engagement strategies, ensuring alignment across leadership and end users to maximize platform usage and value * Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify and support expansion opportunities * Delivering effective and engaging trainings to help get users up and running on blithequark's platform no matter their previous experience with video content creation * Elevating the voice of the customer to product, helping inform future product development * Identifying additional teams within partner companies and pursuing expansion of blithequark's platform into those teams * Answering customer support questions and pursuing resolution of issues * Tracking, highlighting, and celebrating wins alongside your customers **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, design tools, or creative technology * A proven track record of driving customer growth, adoption, and retention * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams * Experience facilitating online training sessions for groups and a passion for creating engaging, interactive learning experiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform your actions * A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience working in a remote-first culture, with a strong ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks effectively **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with AI-powered video creation tools and platforms * Knowledge of video content creation best practices and trends * Familiarity with design tools and creative technologies * Experience working with customer success metrics and analytics tools * Certification in customer success or a related field **Interview Process** Our interview process typically consists of the following stages: * 45-minute interview with our Head of Customer Success (Hiring Manager) * 45-minute interview with our Customer Success Manager * Assignment (Expected time required: 45-60 minutes) * Presentation of Assignment (45-minute meeting - 10-minute presentation, followed by Q&A and discussion) * 30-minute interview with our Head of Sales & GTM * 30-minute interview with our CEO * Reference checks **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including: * Base salary range: $95,000-125,000 USD base + incentive + equity * Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) * Generous PTO * Remote-first culture with regular team offsites * Fast-growing team with meaningful opportunities for advancement **Ready to Join the blithequark Team?** If you're a motivated, customer-centric professional with a passion for driving growth and adoption in the enterprise video space, we'd love to hear from you.
