About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption and expansion of blithequark's solutions with our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional results. Your expertise and passion for customer success will be instrumental in driving long-term growth and satisfaction among our customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer engagement, adoption, and expansion of blithequark's solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion Requirements Fluency in German and English is essential for success in this role Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or Business Development, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth Experience in Marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech, or a similar SaaS environment is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a unique blend of skills, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends, as well as the ability to drive revenue growth and expansion Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, with experience working with SaaS solutions and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies A strong understanding of customer success metrics and analytics, with the ability to track and measure customer health and satisfaction Certifications or training in customer success, sales, or marketing, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions Collaboration and teamwork, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth Time management and organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
