Key Responsibilities As a Customer Supply Chain Partner at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Acting as the primary supply chain contact for our retail customers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in the FMCG industry, customer service, or account management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth. Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insightful recommendations. Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. A thorough understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery, including the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operations. Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable, although not essential, as training can be provided to the right candidate. A numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations. A willingness to travel for site and customer visits, as required, to build relationships and stay informed about customer operations and challenges.
