About the Role: Senior Technical Customer Success Manager We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Customer Experience (CX) team. Key Responsibilities: Act as a champion for our most critical asset, our customers, by building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities to ensure their success. Work collaboratively with the US and LATAM sales teams to manage a portfolio of customers, leveraging self-service technology and reusable assets to maximize the value blithequark can provide. Coach customers throughout their lifecycle, defining adoption plans, post-sales engagement strategies, and recommending best practices. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solutions, innovating our tooling and processes for efficiency, and working on cutting-edge customer projects. Learn our products and technologies, applying this knowledge to real-world usage and collaborating with peers, business partners, and groups to represent blithequark and drive company growth. The Successful Candidate: To excel in this role, you should have a builder's mentality, seeking solutions to complex problems that improve life for our customers and blithequark. You will manage a portfolio of commercial customers, looking for patterns to address through automated approaches using the latest customer engagement techniques. A passion for our technology and customers, along with strong organizational skills and self-awareness, is essential. Essential Qualifications: Strong understanding of complex technology environments and good self-awareness. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English required, and Spanish preferred. Ideally, prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies. Solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies, including Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices, and a foundational understanding of API Management (APIM). Understanding of the value of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer success platforms and tools. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and API management. Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
