We aim to be the best IT consulting company globally, achieved by continuing to invest in talented and motivated people and building long-term relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Insights (CDP) Consultant, your key responsibilities will include: * Collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends * Developing and maintaining statistical models to analyze customer data and identify key trends and patterns * Creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve customer engagement * Analyzing customer interactions and history using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics * Writing and executing SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases * Providing data-driven recommendations to clients to drive business growth and revenue **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3-6 years of experience in a role focused on customer analytics, market research, or business intelligence * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, process, and analyze large datasets * Proficiency in statistical methods and the use of statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI * Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics * Ability to write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in customer analytics * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives * Certification in data science or business analytics **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the development and growth of our employees.
