About the Role: Customer Success Consultant - Technical Architect As a Customer Success Consultant and Technical Architect at blithequark, you will be a key partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full value of their investment in our platform. You will work with a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with internal and customer stakeholders to understand their goals, use cases, and challenges. Your primary objective will be to design and drive tailored success and implementation plans that accelerate adoption, ensure high retention, and support customers as their use of the platform matures and scales. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Trusted Technical Partner: Foster strong relationships with customers by establishing yourself as their go-to technical advisor, helping them adopt and expand their use of blithequark's platform to drive real business value. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities and communicate the technical value of blithequark to a wide range of customer stakeholders. Lead Post-Sales Engagements: Serve as a key technical contact after the sale, coordinating with internal teams—including Product, Support, Services, and Training—to deliver successful outcomes, including enabling customers around the product features. Drive Customer Success: Collaborate with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights that inform the customer's strategic direction. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred but not required is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or related experience in a technical domain. Up to 5 years of prior experience working in a technology company or related field. Experience in building solutions with Apache Kafka, Hadoop, relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, APIs, and related products. Proficiency in Java or other modern programming languages and distributed systems. A basic understanding of Linux (e.g., Red Hat or Debian) is a plus, but not required.
