Your key responsibilities will include: * Building genuine connections with car sellers and dealers, answering their questions, and building trust * Finding creative solutions to challenges and using your initiative to tackle any problems that arise * Mastering our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency * Putting customers first and always championing their needs and experiences **About You** We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and has a knack for building rapport. You'll be a natural communicator, whether it's on the phone, via email, or through chat.
