Job Summary We are seeking a talented Data Entry Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate data records, ensure data integrity, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Enter customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and attention to detail Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring data consistency and integrity Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, identifying and correcting errors as needed Upload documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining organized and up-to-date records Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing Reconcile Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our financial records Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members Please note that blithequark reserves the right to add or change duties at any time, and we encourage our team members to be flexible and adaptable in their roles.
