As a key member of our provider support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our providers, physicians, and hospitals. Your primary focus will be on answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information to our customers in a timely and professional manner. If you're passionate about delivering a differentiated service experience and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: - Answering questions and resolving issues based on incoming calls from providers - Researching issues using multiple applications to assist providers - Providing customers with related information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, provider self-service tools, etc. - Maintaining department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level - Working together as a team and applying the blithequark Core Values in day-to-day operations - Creating a Differentiated Service Experience - Demonstrating Service Discipline **Training and Onboarding** Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. The training process will be conducted virtually and will consist of two phases: - Phase 1: Benefit and Eligibility training (9 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with no PTO allowed during training) - Phase 2: Claims training (12 weeks, following the completion of Benefit and Eligibility training) **Permanent Schedule** Once you've completed your training, you'll be working a permanent schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: - Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products - Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills - The ability to work independently and be comfortable with virtual training and communication methods - A secure, private home office location where PHI/PII information is not visible or overheard by others - High-speed internet access (100 mbps or higher) and a consistent, reliable connection - A home office location set up with a direct connection to the router (Wi-Fi is not allowed) **Education** A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** You can expect to work 40 hours per week. **Time Type** This is a full-time position. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour.
