Key Responsibilities: Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls, emails, and chats to resolve queries and provide support. Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Meet and exceed team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the customer support team. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide informed support and advice. Securely work with customers' sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide accurate and helpful support. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Slovak and English (B2 level), as well as attention to detail, analytical, and research skills. A positive and responsible attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. You will also need to have a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload). Excellent Slovak and English (B2) communication skills for effective customer support and team collaboration. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role. Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer queries and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Positive and responsible attitude to provide exceptional customer support and maintain a positive team dynamic. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, having customer service or sales experience would be a significant advantage in this role.
